Pay in 30 Days: You can try your items first and complete the payment within 30 days. This gives you the flexibility to decide if you want to keep your purchase before making a payment.
Pay in 3 Instalments: Spread the cost of your purchase over three payments. You’ll pay the first instalment at checkout, followed by payments at 30 days and 60 days.

How to Use Klarna

Select Klarna at Checkout: When you're ready to complete your purchase, choose Klarna as your payment method.
Enter Your Information: Provide some basic details, and you’ll know instantly if your purchase has been approved.
Receive Confirmation: After your order is confirmed, you’ll get an email from Klarna within 2 days with payment instructions, along with your usual Lucy Andy confirmation email. This email will include due dates and other useful information.

Important Information

Eligibility: Klarna's pay in 3 and pay in 30 days options are available only for UK residents aged 18 and over. Approval is subject to status.

If I Have Paid with Klarna, Can I Still Return My Item?

Yes, if you’ve paid for your order using Klarna, you can still return your items. Here’s how it works:

Invoice Notification: Once your order has been shipped, Klarna will email you your invoice. This invoice will include the payment period for your purchase.
Right to Return: Your right to return items remains unaffected by the payment timeline. You will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
Returning Items: If you’ve returned any items from your order and the payment due date is approaching, it’s a good idea to mark the item as returned to the Klarna portal.
Earrings Policy: Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Process: After your return is processed by Lucy Andy, you will receive an updated invoice from Klarna. Your refund will be credited back to your chosen payment method within 5-7 working days.
