What Items Can I Return?

Necklaces: You can return necklaces within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Bracelets: Bracelets can also be returned within 28 days, as long as they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Rings: Rings are eligible for return within 28 days, unless they are personalised or custom-made.
Items Not Eligible for Return:

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Return Conditions:

All items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, or scratches.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can request a store credit for the amount.
