Yes, you can return your item within 28 days of purchase.
It must be in the same condition as it was sent.
Please note that we do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a refund, the item must show no signs of wear, damage, or scratches, and it must be in its original packaging.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can request a store credit for the amount.
