What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • unworn

  • in their original condition

  • returned with all original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How do I start a return?

Please email us at customercare@lucyandy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll guide you through the next steps.


Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different piece, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order, subject to availability.


Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.


Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.


What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We take quality seriously.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@lucyandy.co.uk, including your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
