When will I know my order has gone through? Can I change something?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email (we get excited too!). Need to update your shipping address or correct a detail? Email us quickly at customercare@lucyandy.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel leaves our studio.

How long does shipping take? Do you ship worldwide?
All our pieces are shipped with care from our London studio 🇬🇧. UK deliveries usually take 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs. Every parcel includes a little magic: an affirmation card, a thank-you note, and intentional packaging.

Can I return or exchange a piece?
Of course – we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please note that personalised or made-to-order pieces are final sale (they’re one-of-a-kind, just like you 💖).
What materials do you use? How should I care for my jewellery?
We work with stainless steel, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones like rose quartz, amazonite and amethyst, and 18k gold plating. All our pieces are life-proof and meant to be worn, loved and lived in.
