❓ Can my piece be repaired?
If your piece requires repair, please contact us at customercare@lucyandy.co.uk with details and photos of the issue.
We’ll assess the piece and advise on the best possible solution.
Please note that repair services may be subject to availability and additional costs.
❓ Can I request an alteration?
We offer small alterations on selected pieces.
This may include:

adjusting the length of a necklace or bracelet

minor modifications to components (where possible)
Alterations can be arranged:

in person at our pop-ups

or by contacting us before placing your order
Please note that:

the customer is responsible for any shipping costs
❓ Can I customise materials (e.g. pearls or stones)?
In some cases, we may be able to offer minor customisation, such as adjusting certain elements or materials.
These requests must be discussed before purchase, either:

or at one of our in-person events
You can also leave a note at checkout, and we’ll confirm if your request is possible.
❓ How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your piece in its best condition:

Avoid contact with water, perfumes and chemicals

Store your jewellery in a dry place

Remove before showering, swimming or exercising
