A bold mix of ocean blues and soft pearls — a handmade piece that feels like sunlight on calm water

Handmade in London ✦ Small-batch jewellery with soul

✨Details

The Sodalite, Aquamarine & Freshwater Pearl Gold Ring is a poetic fusion of strength and serenity — designed to mirror the shifting moods of the sea. Handcrafted in London, this ring celebrates contrast: deep blue sodalite meets the soft glow of aquamarine and the timeless elegance of freshwater pearls, all embraced by an 18k gold-plated base with an organic, wave-like texture.

Each ring is a small-scale sculpture — no two pieces are ever alike. The sodalite stone stands at the centre, vibrant and grounding, while the aquamarine stones bring a sense of stillness and light. Pearls add a gentle rhythm, creating harmony between structure and fluidity. Together, they form a composition that feels natural, balanced and quietly powerful.

Sodalite is a stone of intuition and truth, believed to calm the mind and enhance clarity. Aquamarine embodies emotional peace — the colour of reflection, of tides in motion. The freshwater pearls complete the story, symbolising purity, wisdom and the calm confidence that comes with experience.

This ring belongs to Lucy Andy’s Coastal Collection, inspired by the ocean’s language — the textures, hues and emotions of the shore. It is part of a world where jewellery is more than adornment; it’s a ritual of connection. Each handmade piece reflects the brand’s philosophy: slow made, with salty dreams.

The gold base has a soft, irregular finish reminiscent of organic forms — imperfect, tactile, alive. It captures the essence of handmade jewellery London: craftsmanship guided by intuition and a deep respect for materials.

The Sodalite, Aquamarine & Freshwater Pearl Gold Ring pairs beautifully with neutral tones or crisp whites, evoking an effortless coastal elegance. It feels as at home in everyday wear as it does in special moments — luminous, distinctive, and undeniably personal.

Every element of this ring invites touch. The smooth stones and gentle curves of the band create a sensory experience — one that feels grounding, soothing, and unique to the wearer. It’s the kind of piece that doesn’t just complete an outfit — it completes a feeling.

Because Lucy Andy believes in meaningful minimalism, each ring is made in limited quantities — a small edition with a big story. The stones are ethically sourced, and every ring is hand-assembled in the London studio, where design meets ritual.

It’s not just a ring — it’s a reminder of calm within motion, of strength wrapped in softness. A piece that feels like the sea: powerful, fluid and endlessly inspiring.

How to Find Your Ring Size at Home

If you don’t know your size yet, here’s a simple way to measure it using a ring you already own and a ruler.

Measure your finger directly

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or string.
  2. Wrap it around the base of your finger (not too tight).
  3. Mark where it overlaps.
  4. Lay it flats and measure the length in millimetres — that’s your circumference.
  5. Use an online converter or chart to find your matching UK size.

💬 Tip: your fingers can change slightly with temperature — measure at the end of the day for best accuracy.

Measure an existing ring

  1. Take a ring that fits comfortably on the finger where you’ll wear your new one.
  2. Place it on top of a ruler (in millimetres).
  3. Measure the inner diameter — the distance from one inside edge to the opposite inside edge.
  4. Use our size chart below to find your UK ring size.

💡 Example: if the inside diameter measures 16.3 mm, your size is L.
