1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. How do I start a return?

Simply email us at Lucyandyg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

3. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you'd prefer a different piece or size, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

4. Are returns free?

We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings — unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

6. What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We take quality seriously. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll sort it right away..
